This Privacy Policy describes how Autodecoder LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile applications we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including Priority Date Tracker (together, the "Apps"). An individual App may provide additional details specific to that App.

1. Information we collect

Our Apps are designed to work without accounts. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

Information you enter into an App (for example, a priority date, visa category, or country) is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers and is not shared with third parties.

2. Data from public sources

Some Apps download publicly available information, such as the U.S. Department of State Visa Bulletin. These requests do not include your personal information, and we do not collect or store your queries.

3. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment information. The privacy policy of Apple or Google applies to those transactions.

4. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, an App may send you alerts, such as when a new Visa Bulletin is published. Notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging, which use a device token that does not identify you personally. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because your data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
